Your First Step Toward Root-Cause Health Care
Your intake consultation at Mesology Amsterdam is a comprehensive 90-minute appointment for new patients seeking an integrative, root-cause approach to their health. This in-depth holistic health assessment combines regular medical evaluation with complementary diagnostics — including orthomolecular nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Ayurveda — to uncover what’s really driving your symptoms.
During this session, we explore your complete medical history, current complaints, lifestyle factors, and personal health goals. As part of the physical assessment, I use electro physiological diagnostics (EPD) to measure energy points on the hands and feet, along with pulse and tongue diagnosis, to build a detailed picture of your health.
This intake is the ideal starting point whether you’re dealing with hormonal imbalance, gut health issues, chronic fatigue, thyroid conditions such as Hashimoto’s, histamine intolerance, fertility challenges, or persistent unexplained symptoms. Together, we’ll create a personalized, integrative treatment plan with clear next steps toward better health.
Who is the intake consultation for? Anyone new to Mesology Amsterdam with a persistent or unexplained complaint, whether or not you already see your GP or a specialist. You don’t need a referral, and the intake consultation is available in English, Spanish or Dutch.
After your intake consultation you receive a written, personal plan with advice on nutrition, lifestyle and natural supplements. Most clients book a follow-up consultation after 2 to 3 months; 3 to 4 consultations in total are usually enough. The intake consultation costs €180, and many supplementary health insurances partly reimburse it (see Precios).

- Orthomolecular Evaluations: Analyze your nutritional and biochemical needs, identifying imbalances in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and fatty acids essential for optimal function. A key factor in hormonal health, energy, and immune support.

Not by basic insurance. Many supplementary insurances partly reimburse it, as Adriana is a member of the NVVM, VBAG and RBCZ. You receive an invoice after the visit.
